Ashley N. Thomas is an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and author. Not for one moment did her achievements come without sacrifice. Despite teen pregnancy, Ashley successfully completed her education. She holds a degree in Marketing and contributed as a marketing specialist with organizations such as State Farm. After gaining years of valuable experience, Ashley set out to expand her marketing expertise by launching Fire Ant Marketing. Fire Ant Marketing was established to educate, promote, and develop the marketing goals of organizations through their social media platforms. This opportunity opened the door for Ashley to share her story of trial and triumph as an entrepreneur, woman, and mother.

 

Ashley’s love for speaking continued to grow stronger and allows her to provide consulting, strategies for empowerment, personal development, and productivity to leaders, teachers, teens, young adults, and women nationwide. Over the years Ashley has partnered with several school districts to cultivate a growth mindset, develop the confidence to overcome challenges, embrace change, and continuously improve. She was spotlighted as a young entrepreneurial woman on the move in I Am Magazine, recognized in Dallas and Houston Voyage Magazine, AVID Magazine, and featured as a motivational speaker for United Airlines Black History Diversity Program. Recently Ashley was nominated by the former Houston Astros Baseball Manager, Bo Porter, who was born and raised by a teen mom, as CORE 100 Most Influential Blacks Today. Ashley specializes in the restoration and revitalization of youth and young adult women who have experienced traumatic life events such as sexual abuse and teen pregnancy while offering tactical guidance on how families can navigate their path toward success.

 

Ashley is excited for you to learn more about her journey in her co-authored publication “There’s a Jewel in You: From a Statistic to a Success" and "A Letter To My Younger Self Unmasked.” Ashley has now added the world of financial services to her mission of educating and mentoring individuals and families.
